Shipping Locations

Z Appliances currently ships only within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom cannot be processed.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within our standard 5–7 business day timeframe.

Our estimated processing time is included within the total delivery estimate. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details, where available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Z Appliances is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Photos of the damaged package and item(s)
A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
